All Kent House products are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
ORDERING
All prices are in US dollars, and are subject to shipping and handling costs, and all applicable sales tax or customs
charges, shall be paid by the customer. Kent House pricing is in US dollars. The liability of Kent House shall be limited
to the sales price; no other warranty is expressed or implied.
PAYMENT
Currently Kent House accepts payment via credit card to paypal. Kent House will also accept money orders
and certified bank checks. We work diligently to fill orders as quickly as possible. However, since our
products are handmade it may take 15 days or more to complete and deliver your purchase. Should more
time be required for special items or bulk orders, you will be notified.
If you have an important deadline and want to make sure that your order is going to ship and be received in
time, please contact us prior to ordering. Every effort will be made to ensure you receive your ordered item(s)
in a timely fashion.
Prices stated do not include sales tax or shipping and handling (New York residents must add the applicable sales tax of 8.375%).
SHIPPING
All items are packaged to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. Kent House ships via UPS and we insure against loss or damage.
Our shipping charges depend on the size and weight of each item. For most items, the Shipping and Handling fee is $9.95 per item for UPS ground to any place in the U.S. International orders are accepted, but confirmation of shipping costs will be sent before order is accepted.
Once an order has been placed and the item has left our facility the order can not be cancelled.
RETURNS
Kent House stands behind our products and service. We offer a 14 day return/exchange policy.
Damaged, soiled or personalized items will not be accepted and a refund or credit will not be issued.
Please allow 7 days to issue a refund. All refunds, less shipping and handling, will be made through PayPal. All returned items should be securely packaged and sent by a shipping method that allows for tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for returned items lost during shipping. You will have to fill a claim with the shipper to recover your loss.
Kent House is committed to customer satisfaction. If you have a problem with an order please notify us so that we can work with you to resolve the problem.
PAYPAL
We have chosen PayPal as our method of credit card processing because it offers protections for both parties.
If you do not have a PayPal account you can set one up for free in just a matter of minutes.. For more information or for setting up a PayPal account visit the PayPal web site at www.paypal.com. If you wish to set up an account using your checking account as well, once PayPal has verified your checking account, purchasing items is just as quick as using a credit card. Again, there is no charge for setting up a PayPal account.
Kent House respects your privacy and we strive give you the best product and the best customer service. You are automatically placed on our mailing list when you order with us. If you prefer not to receive information and wish to opt-out from our mailing list please use the mailing list form to unsubscribe from the list. All unsubscribe requests will be honored with out question.
